Toowoomba Regional Council (TRC) has started construction on a heavy vehicle decoupling area that will service the Pittsworth Industrial Precinct. TRC Infrastructure Chair Cr Carol Taylor said the $906,000 project will improve safety and cater for the future growth of the Toowoomba Region’s transport network.
